Beef & Mushroom - a play on a beef wellington in sausage form - powdered and roasted mushrooms, dijon and garlic, make them a versatile and delicious addition to any meal.
Barbacoa: An excellent summer grilling option, featuring lime juice, chipotle and serrano peppers, but not overly spicy. Great in sausage form, or remove from casings for a taco filling or nacho topping.
Rosemary & Garlic: A Brass Bell Farm staple, this combination makes for a delicious dinner sausage, or pasta addition.
Italian: A standard variety, the Italian sausage does equally well in breakfast hashes or as a pizza topping as it does on the dinner plate. Remove from casings for a quick and delicious pasta sauce hack!
It is standard practice for beef sausages to contain pork fat, however these are 100% beef and therefore have a firmer texture.
